Site Appraisal

The payment is non-refundable and covers our expenses involved in considering the application. If you wish to proceed please make the payment , then email franchising@leavetheherdbehind.com with the supporting documentation for your application.

Please use this form to submit your proposed site for approval. We will consider all applications and reply within 10 business days. Upon receipt of the form, we will carry out a full site appraisal, including an indicative profit and loss, based on comparables from our current estate. We provide full feedback on the process, so if you site is unsuitable, we will indicate why.

Please submit this form along with payment, then email supporting documents to franchising@leavetheherdbehind.com with the site name as the reference. If Heads of Terms have been agreed, please attach these to the email along with any photos, plans or surveys of the site.
