Sourced from the mineral rich Indian soils along the Bhadra river belt, our house espresso is a single origin specialty Robusta coffee, Graded as “Kaapi Royale”, highest graded Indian Robusta possible. Presented in a milk-based drink, has notes of hazelnut & dark chocolate with an extra caffeine hit unique to Robusta.
Prepared using the Swiss water method (process to apply fresh water to naturally remove the caffeine - no nasty chemicals in sight). Sourced from Peru, this decaf espresso has all the flavour of our caffeinated varieties without the caffeine hit. Well balanced and delicious; a secret gem amongst its caffeinated cousins.
Sourced from the outstanding Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, Love Berries is a washed coffee to maximise the natural taste profiles. Packed full of blueberry, strawberries and apple this coffee really lives up to it’s name!
Blue Volcano, a 100% arabica coffee, is grown on the mountainous terrain of Guatemala’s Eastern border. Hand-picked, fully washed and dried. Bursting with flavour, this resident Black Sheep Coffee bean has tasting notes of black tea, red berries and malt.

This Arabica Red Catuai bean comes from a single estate farm in the mountainous region of Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil which has been run by the Barbosa family for over a century. The region which has distinct seasons and fertile soil is ideal for producing quality coffee which has the perfect balance between body and acidity.
