This channel is to submit anonymous feedback to HR. Your comments will be totally anonymous, and personal details will not be traceable. If you would like to raise a grievance against someone, you will need to provide your contact details as an investigation will need to be conducted. This tool is not intended to replace communications with your manager or Operations Manager but is instead for concerns or suggestions you do not feel comfortable raising in store. Please also feel free to use this space to make constructive and helpful suggestions as we want to continue to improve.
